Working with Kings Court
We provide public relations and marketing services through individually scoped projects, campaign engagements, and monthly retainers. Your written proposal identifies the services, deliverables, reporting cadence, review rounds, and fees included.
Pricing and payment
Fees are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Project deposits and milestone payments are specified in the proposal. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance for the agreed monthly services. Advertising spend, creator fees, media distribution fees, and other outside costs are charged separately only with your approval.
Payment methods and due dates appear on your invoice. We do not collect payment card information or accept payments through this website. Recurring card charges require separate express authorization.
Service delivery
Strategy documents, copy, communications materials, and reports are delivered digitally by email or an agreed shared workspace. Campaign work is performed on the channels named in the scope. Each proposal sets the start date, milestones, review deadlines, and estimated completion date. These services do not involve physical shipping.
Timelines begin after the agreement is accepted and required payment, materials, and access are received. We communicate schedule changes if approvals, access, or third-party dependencies delay delivery.
Cancellation and refunds at a glance
- Projects: cancel by email; pay for completed work and approved, non-cancellable outside costs.
- Monthly retainers: give 30 calendar days’ written notice; services continue through the notice period.
- Unused prepaid fees after the effective cancellation date are refundable, less applicable agreed charges.
- Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Common questions
Can I combine services?
Yes. A proposal can combine communications, content, and marketing services into one engagement, with a single agreed scope and schedule.
Are media placements or business results guaranteed?
No. Publishers, platforms, and audiences make independent decisions. We agree on the work to be delivered and how progress will be measured.
Does my project renew automatically?
One-time projects do not renew automatically. Any recurring engagement, renewal, minimum term, or automatic payment arrangement must be expressly stated and accepted in the written agreement.
How do I request a change or get help?
