1. Our business and services
Kings Court 4 LLC is a public relations and marketing agency led by John Ashford, Owner & CEO. These terms describe our standard engagement framework. Visiting this site or making an inquiry does not create a paid engagement.
2. Written agreements
Work begins only after both parties accept a written proposal or service agreement and any stated start conditions are met. The agreement identifies services, deliverables, schedule, review rounds, client responsibilities, fees, and payment terms. If a signed agreement expressly differs from these website terms, the signed agreement governs to the extent permitted by law.
3. Fees, payment, and expenses
Fees are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Project deposits and milestone payments are stated in your proposal; retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices specify due dates and payment methods. Advertising budgets and outside expenses require your approval and are separate from service fees unless expressly included.
There is no checkout on this website. We do not request or collect payment card details here or by email. Recurring services and any automatic billing require express agreement; an inquiry does not enroll you in a subscription.
4. Delivery and client responsibilities
Deliverables are provided digitally by email or through the agreed workspace. Work on third-party platforms requires the permissions specified in the scope. Delivery dates depend on timely access, accurate materials, and client feedback. You are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied and permission to use the materials you provide.
We request approval before publishing client-facing materials or committing approved campaign spend as specified in the agreement. Changes to the scope, extra revisions, or new deliverables require a written change order describing any additional fees or revised timeline.
5. Professional services and results
We undertake the services described in the agreement with reasonable care. Editorial coverage, search rankings, audience response, leads, sales, and revenue cannot be guaranteed. Third-party platforms and publishers control their own decisions. Paid placements and creator activity must be identified as such where required.
6. Ownership and confidentiality
You retain ownership of materials you supply. Ownership or usage rights for commissioned work, editable source files, pre-existing agency materials, and licensed third-party assets are specified in the agreement. No rights to third-party assets are transferred beyond the applicable license.
Nonpublic client information is used to deliver the agreed services and is shared only as needed with authorized service providers or as required by law. Public use of a client name, logo, testimonial, or case study requires the client’s permission.
7. Cancellation, refunds, and suspension
The cancellation and refund policy is part of this framework. It provides 30 calendar days’ notice for month-to-month retainers and reconciliation of project charges against prepaid fees. Specific different terms must be expressly accepted in writing.
We may suspend work after written notice of overdue payment or missing essential access, with a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Suspension does not remove the client’s right to cancel or receive a refund that is due. Unlawful or misleading requested work may be declined.
8. Website use and privacy
You may use this website to learn about services and make legitimate business inquiries. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful content. Our privacy policy explains how website and inquiry information is handled.
9. Questions and resolution

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. Updated website terms do not retroactively change a signed agreement.
