Effective September 17, 2026

Who we are

Kings Court 4 LLC
1021 W. Adams Street, Suite 200
Chicago, IL 60607
Kingscourt4llc@gmail.com

Kings Court 4 LLC is responsible for the information it receives through its business communications. Email Kingscourt4llc@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information you choose to provide

The project brief form asks for your name, email, company, optional website, service interest, and project details. Entries remain in the page while you prepare a brief; the website code does not upload them or save them to local storage.

“Prepare email inquiry” opens your email application with a draft addressed to Kings Court 4 LLC. You review and send it yourself. Your email provider processes the draft under its own terms. “Download project brief” creates a text file on your device. Direct email links also open your email application.

When you send us an email, we receive your message, sender information, and attachments. Please do not include payment card numbers or sensitive personal information in an inquiry.

How inquiry information is used

We use information you send to respond, understand your needs, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services, maintain business records, and address support or billing questions. An inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.

Service providers and disclosures

Email is handled through Gmail and relevant email providers. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser details, and access logs to operate and secure the site. Website fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives technical request information. We may share information with authorized providers needed to deliver agreed services, or when required by law. We do not sell inquiry information.

Cookies and analytics

The website code does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts, advertising cookies, or local-storage tracking. The hosting provider and private-access service may use cookies or session mechanisms for authentication and security.

Retention and security

Inquiry and client records are kept only as reasonably needed to manage communications, provide services, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. The appropriate period depends on the record and our relationship with you. We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access to information needed for business purposes; no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided by emailing Kingscourt4llc@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before acting. We respond consistent with applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes. You may ask us to stop optional marketing communications at any time.

Changes

This policy will be updated if the site’s data practices change, including before adding server-submitted forms, analytics, or advertising tools. The effective date appears above.
